Open Question: Everyone Natural or fake?

Guys and women do you prefer natural or fake ?
Fake i mean plastic stuff, botox, bleached hair etc
or as Natural as the day you were born if you could live in a time in like i duno a few hundred years im sure this world is going to be fake people so would you choose fake or natural as in living on an island everyone knowing each other like family no cars no make up no clothes! wel ok maybe thats going abit far but u get the point!
