Open Question: how do you get rid of forehead wrinkles between the eyes?

i have two wrinkles between my eyes; right above my nose. it makes me look mad all the time. but it doesnt show up unless im in sunlight or bright lights. i’m 16 and the lines appeared 2 months ago. what should i do? how do i get rid of them witout having botox or any other surgeries/injections?

i heard frownies work. but my lines only appear in light. they’re not alwasy there.

please help?
