Resolved Question: 18 Month Old with Extremely Wrinkled Hands?

In the past month or so, my son has developed extremely wrinkled hands (like that of an elderly person). Figuring it was the cold and dry weather, I have lotioned his hands every night since, but to no avail. I remember a few people in high school that had similiar looking hands as my son. Is this some sort of condition or do I need to stop worrying and continue with the lotion treatment?
