Resolved Question: im 13 with chest and cleavage problems.?

i had alot of acne, but most of it has gone, and now iv’e noticed wrinkles and dryskin (the dryskin may be from ponoxyl, the acne treatment i use)
and it looks Awful, espically at 13, its goes from my chest, down my cleavage and nearly around the bottom of my breasts!
Has Anyone bought the La Decollete Bra ?
im’a 38c btw.
